- An optional Google Maps link or map pin coordinates if you choose to confirm a location.
- Booking fee payment references or related communication where required to confirm a visit.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to assess your request, confirm service coverage, schedule or dispatch an appropriate electrician, communicate about your appointment, verify call-out fee payment, and respond to questions or disputes.
3. Location Information
Providing a Google Maps link or confirming a point on the map is optional. If supplied, location information is used to help the assigned electrician identify the service address and plan the visit.
4. Sharing of Information
We may share information with electricians assigned to your request and with service providers needed to operate booking or payment processes. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect safety, rights, or property. We do not sell customer personal information.
5. Retention and Security
We retain booking and communication records for as long as reasonably needed to manage services, payments, disputes, and legal obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your Requests
