Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear terms for appointment reservations, call-out fees, cancellations, and rescheduling.

Effective date: May 25, 2026

1. Appointment Confirmation

Submitting a booking request does not by itself reserve an appointment. A visit slot is confirmed only after Kamran Electric receives and confirms the applicable upfront call-out fee.

2. Non-Refundable Call-Out Fee

The call-out fee is non-refundable for customer cancellation or non-attendance. It reserves dispatch availability and covers the commitment to review, prepare for, and attend the requested visit slot. The standard call-out fee is PKR 650 and the emergency call-out fee is PKR 1,500.

The call-out fee is separate from the cost of parts, repairs, installation work, or additional labour agreed after inspection.

3. Customer Cancellation

If you cancel after payment confirmation, the call-out fee will not be refunded, including where access is unavailable, the address is incorrect, the electrician is turned away, or the work is no longer required.

4. Rescheduling

A request to reschedule should be made as early as possible before the confirmed slot. A new time is subject to availability. Kamran Electric may transfer the existing booking once at its discretion; repeated or late rescheduling may require a new call-out fee.

5. If We Cannot Attend

If Kamran Electric cancels a confirmed appointment or cannot provide a suitable replacement visit, you may choose a rescheduled appointment or a refund of the call-out fee paid.

6. Disputes and Contact

To discuss a cancellation, rescheduling request, or payment issue, contact us with your name, booking date, and payment reference at jobs@kamranelectric.com. This policy is subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law in Pakistan.
