Terms & Conditions

Terms for booking electrical visits, confirmed appointments, and work performed in Karachi.

1. Agreement to These Terms

By using this website, submitting a booking request, or confirming an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our applicable booking policies. If you do not agree, do not submit a service request or payment.

2. Service Scope and Coverage

Kamran Electric arranges electrical inspection, repair, installation, and related services in the supported areas of Karachi shown on this website. A submitted request is subject to service-area coverage, technician availability, job suitability, and safety considerations.

3. Booking Requests and Appointment Confirmation

Selecting a time and submitting a request does not guarantee or reserve an appointment. An appointment is reserved only when Kamran Electric accepts the request and confirms receipt of the applicable upfront call-out fee.

4. Non-Refundable Call-Out Fee

The Standard call-out fee is PKR 650 and the Emergency call-out fee is PKR 1,500. The selected fee must be paid upfront to reserve a confirmed appointment and is non-refundable when the customer cancels, no longer requires the visit, provides incorrect access details, or does not provide access at the scheduled time.

The call-out fee covers reservation and attendance of the visit. It does not include parts, repair work, installation work, or extra labour unless expressly agreed.

5. Quotations, Parts, and Additional Work

Where work beyond inspection or attendance is required, applicable labour and parts charges will be explained before proceeding. You are responsible for paying charges that you approve for the requested work.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact, address, location, access, and job information.
  • Ensure an authorised adult can provide safe access to the premises at the agreed time.
  • Disclose known hazards, unsafe wiring, restricted access, or relevant site requirements.
  • Do not ask an electrician to perform work that is unsafe or outside the agreed scope.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customer cancellations after confirmation do not qualify for a refund of the call-out fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a new call-out fee in cases of late, repeated, or missed appointments. If Kamran Electric cannot attend and cannot arrange a suitable replacement visit, you may choose rescheduling or a refund of the paid call-out fee.

8. Safety and Right to Decline Work

We may pause, refuse, or discontinue work where conditions are unsafe, required access is not available, information supplied is inaccurate, or requested work is inappropriate for the assigned electrician or service scope.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kamran Electric is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law in Pakistan.

10. Privacy and Communications

Personal information submitted through bookings or correspondence is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may contact you using the details provided to discuss your request, payment, appointment, or related service matters.

11. Governing Law and Contact
